1 Private Session:       $65

1 Semi-Private:            $45 per person
2 students/ 1 teacher

1 Group Class:             $35 per person
Gyrotonic or Pilates~
55 minute training in a small group setting. 
Familiarity with Pilates equipment or Gyrotonic Tower and prior approval of trainer required.

Gyrokinesis class:       $15 per person
Gyrokinesis is the predecessor to Gyrotonic.  Done in a 55 minute group setting, Gyrokinesis includes stool work, standing and mat work.  It increases body awareness, coordination and flexibility with special attention on spinal motions and joint articulation.
