Why Circle Studio?
Circle Studio’s clients achieve tremendous fitness results because of the high level of certified instruction, individual attention, and each teacher’s commitment to his or her students. We provide:

  • Exceptional customer service with a full-time receptionist to assist you with your scheduling needs
  • Easy parking
  • Well-maintained, state of the art equipment
  • A beautiful,  spacious, clean and serene studio

How often should I come?
Once a week is good, but two to three times per week is ideal.  As with any workout, results are best achieved through commitment and action.

What should I wear?
Regular workout clothes, such as those for yoga, work very well.  For men, we suggest long pants or shorts with long liners.  You can work out barefooted or with slip-proof socks which you can purchase at the studio.

Is there a place for me to change?
We offer clean and secure dressing rooms, as well as storage for your belongings.  Please keep in mind that Circle Studio is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Do I need to schedule an appointment?
Yes, all sessions are by appointment only.  Due to limited space, you need to reserve a spot.  Drop-ins are welcomed for Gyrokinesis and Pilates mat classes if space is available.

How do I get started?
The best way to begin is with our New Client Special, which offers three private sessions in either method for only $135.  You can call, email or stop by the studio to schedule your first appointment(s).  We’re open seven days a week.  New clients are required to fill out an intake form before their first session.  The paperwork is available via email, on our website or in the studio.

What if I have sustained an injury?
Your Pilates or Gyrotonic routines are customized to be mindful of your limitations and strengths, but always consult your physician prior to starting any exercise program.  Please indicate any health issues on your intake form and keep talking with your instructor(s) to ensure that your workout is safe, progressive and appropriately challenging.
