Circle Studio is open 7 days a week! Monday thru Thursday 7am-8pm, Friday 8-5, Saturday 8-3. Sunday 9am-1pm. 503-235-3556

Group Class Schedule
Monday:
8am Pilates reformer class- intermediate (Bettina)
11am Gyrotonic tower class- intermediate (Stacy)
2pm Gyrokinesis mat class- all levels welcome (Kari)
6pm Pilates reformer class- int/ advanced (Kari)

6pm Gyro Fast Track- total beginner (Susie) Class dates are September 13th, 20th, 27, October 4th, 11th.

7pm Pilates Fast Track- total beginner (Kari) Class dates are September 13th, 20th, 27, October 4th, 11th.

Tuesday:
9am Gyrotonic tower class- intermediate (Kari)
10am Pilates jump board class- 30 minutes (Kari)
6pm Pilates reformer class- int/ advanced (Richard)

Wednesday:

11am Gyrotonic Fast Track- total beginner (Stacy) Class dates are September 15th, 22, 29th, October 6th and 13th.

7pm Pilates Fast Track- total beginner (Kari) Class dates are September 15th, 22, 29th, October 6th and13th.

Thursday:
7:30am Pilates reformer class- intermediate (Kari)
5:30pm Pilates tower class- intermediate (Bettina)
6pm Gyrotonic tower class- beginner/ intermediate (Erin)

Saturday:
9am Gyrokinesis mat class- All levels welcome (Erin)

Class Descriptions

Private session in Pilates or Gyrotonic:

We suggest new clients begin with private sessions. This initial group of sessions is important in setting the basic foundation for Pilates and Gyrotonic. Through careful one-on-one teaching, you will learn the exercises, the principles, equipment setup, safety, and the unique approach that is right for your body and personal fitness goals. Check out our new client special 3 privates for $145!

Private sessions include working on the Pilates and Gyrotonic machines and matwork and allow the instructor to develop a customized system of exercises to address your unique needs. More advanced clients will benefit from one-on-one instruction to improve precision, add new exercises to your workout program, work on a specific issues, or work on rehabilitation from injury. Some clients choose to focus on one method while other clients take a mix of Pilates and Gyrotonic. No matter how you look at it you can never get in a rut at Circle Studio! Private sessions are 55 minutes in length and can be scheduled 7 days a week.

Fall Equipment Fast Track Classes:

Fast track on the Pilates and Gyrotonic equipment for absolute beginners or returning enthusiasts

Fast Track classes offer a fun affordable way to try out the Pilates and Gyrotonic equipment with no previous experience. Fast Track classes have one instructor with 3 students. These classes are for healthy able bodies.

Fast Track courses are 1x per week for 5 weeks and cost $150 for one course (5 classes). If you take 2 or more Fall fast track classes you receive %5 off. Scroll down for class dates and times! The new client special (3 private classes for $135) is a great way to get your feet wet before jumping into the beginner fast track course! Please stop by or give us a call if you have further questions.

Group equipment Pilates and Gyrotonic classes:

In a group equipment Pilates and Gyrotonic class three clients work together with one instructor. Group equipment classes are machine based classes with mat work incorporated.You can add or transition to group classes when you have a basic understanding of the names of the exercises and the order in which they are performed. Clients are expected to be able to work more independently and to be able to set up their equipment. Instructor approval is required to book a group class.

Group classes are fun and motivating. For best results Pilates and Gyrotonic should be done a minimum of 2 times each week to see visible and lasting results. To keep it fun and different some clients mix in group classes as well as private sessions.

Pilates tower classes:

In a group tower class 4 students work with 1 Instructor. Sessions utilize Pilates Mat work along with spring loaded Pilates towers, wunda chairs, resistance circles, and Pilates barrels. Pilates tower classes require teacher approval and a minimum of 3 private lessons.

Gyrokinesis mat classes:

Gyrokinesis mat classes have a maximum of 8 students with 1 Instructor. Mat classes are open to healthy able students of all levels. If you have a specific injury or physical concerns please call ahead of time to find out if this class is appropriate for you. For best results Circle highly recommends taking 3 private Gyrotonic classes prior to enrolling. Drop-ins welcome but reservations recommended. Mats and specialized Gyro stools are provided.

Independent workouts (Open Gym)
Circle Studio has invested in all of the latest Gyrotonic® and Pilates equipment. We encourage our dedicated clients, who have been approved by their instructor, to use our equipment for independent workouts. The instructor will fill out a card of exercises for the client to follow.
