For the month of October instructor Vicki Somoya is teaching a mat class open to all levels at noon. We recommend reserving a spot but drop-ins welcome space permitting. We look forward to seeing you! Read more.
In a group equipment Pilates and Gyrotonic class three clients work together with one instructor. Group equipment classes combine machine-based exercise with mat work. You can add or transition to group classes when you have a basic understanding of the exercises and the order in which they are performed. Clients are expected to be able to work more independently and to be able to set up their equipment. Instructor approval is required to book a group class.
Group classes are fun and motivating. Pilates and Gyrotonic should be done a minimum of twice weekly for lasting results. To keep it fun and fresh some clients mix in group classes as well as private sessions.
Bring in a friend and work out together.
